Soave D.O.C. Classico 75cl (2020) DOMINI VENETI

The name of this famous wine probably derived from Swabians or Suave, one of the human races who attempted the conquest of Italy in medieval times. Others believe the name Soave was given to the city by the divine poet Dante for the quality of its wine. Its colour is straw yellow with green tints, and its bouquet is fine, with delicate notes of white peach, yet gently floral. Medium-bodied, harmonious, crisp and fresh, with a hint of bitter almonds on the finish, typical of Garganega.

This Soave is best served with appetisers, vegetable pasta dishes and fish.
